Our cockles are selected from the best lots at the Muros-Noia auction, earning the “Berberecho de Noia” origin label. After selection, they are purified and de-sanded in specially designed tanks, cooked in salted water, and hand-packed one by one, ensuring impeccable presentation and the highest quality.
