SCALLOPS WITH OLIVE OIL, GARLIC AND CHILI
Our sea scallops are mainly selected from the Ría de Arousa, in the Cambados area. After selection, they are cooked and hand-cleaned, removing any inedible parts to leave only the pure meat. In this recipe, their natural flavor is enhanced with garlic and chili, creating a spicy touch that perfectly complements the essence of the product.
